In the week leading up to Rise Above (an evangelistic outreach event put on by Pulse ND and local believers), we are encouraging Christians to gather together and pray for our city. Below, you'll find information on each individual prayer gathering happening throughout the week. This is intended to be for Christian believers of all denominations in the Minot Area! Monday: Zoom Prayer Meeting at 12:00pm (Noon)
Tuesday: Worship and Prayer Service at Northland Harvest Church at 7pm
Wednesday: Bonfire Prayer and Fast Launch at Cornerstone at 7:30pm
Thursday: Prayer over the City Gates (see information below)
Friday: Prayer Over the Rise Above Venue (South U-haul) at 7pm.
Saturday: Rise Above Prayer Tent from 5pm-8:30pm

Prayer Week Launch

We are kicking off the Minot Week of Prayer with a Prayer Gathering over ZOOM! This online option allows for members of the Pulse Team to join us, as well as Minot-natives who have moved away, busy families with young children, shut-ins, etc.

Worship and Prayer Service
Tuesday, August 5th

Prayer Week continues with an evening of Worship and Prayer at Northland Harvest Church! Childcare will be available. No registration needed.
Bonfire Prayer Gathering and Optional Fast Launch
Wednesday, August 6th
Location: Cornerstone Presbyterian Church
1000 3rd St NE
Time: 6:30pm Worship, 7:30pm Prayer
Come pray around the campfire together at Cornerstone! Prayer will start around 7:30pm. There will be a Worship Service in the parking lot at 6:30pm if you would like to join us for that as well. Hotdogs and s'mores will be available. If you are considering doing any sort of fast leading up to Rise Above, this could be the final "meal" that we share together. More information and suggestions on Fasting will be provided. No registration needed.

Prayer Over the City Gates
Thursday, August 7th
Various Times and Locations:
As has been done several times before, we want to pray over all of the "gates" or entrances of our city. Small groups will meeting to pray at 5 entrances to the City of Minot. Anyone is welcome to join any prayer group. Find locations, times, and hosts below:

Friday, August 8th
Location: U-haul (Old Kmart) Parking Lot
1 20th Ave SE
Time: 7pm
We'll gather at the South end of the U-haul Parking Lot and pray over the Rise Above Venue! No registration needed.
Rise Above Event Prayer Tent
Saturday, August 9th
Location: Uhaul (Old Kmart) Parking Lot
1 20th Ave SE
Time: 5pm-8pm
Throughout the Rise Above Event, we would like a handful of volunteers for a prayer tent. Volunteers would be asked to cover the event in Intercessory Prayer and may also be asked to pray with individuals if they come and ask for prayer.
